Each session lasts 120 minutes ($295 single/$2650 for 10-pack) and can be dedicated to one modality or a combination of all three.

Our own energy fields convey information that is blocking us from moving forward, maintaining repetitive endless self-sabotaging cycles, harboring darkness, feeding unhealthy additions to food, people, thoughts, relationships, and toxic behaviors.
Intuitive Energy Therapy sessions can awaken energies that bring resilience, joy, and enthusiasm to your life – and add greater vitality to your body, mind, and spirit! Balancing your energies can balance your body's chemistry, help you feel better, and help you think better.
To facilitate the clearing of any lower vibrational elements attached to the energy fields causing dis-ease and stress, I utilize channeled Intuitive information and energetic healing methods to raise your body and soul's energetic vibration, and help work through and release emotional and physical issues to transform into your most joyous, successful and inspired self.
At times, I am guided to place crystals or stones on specific locations on the body to foster healing.

meditation & Breath-work
Meditation and breath-work are deep self-care and stress-relief tools that will help you to move through any blocks you don't always see. Through a guided practice under my expert instruction, you will find clarity and freedom from your busy mind.
Your session will begin with you lying down or seated comfortably and breathing with the conscious connected breath while you are guided on a meditation journey. With inspiring music as background, this portion of the session lasts approximately one hour.
Additional time will be spent on specific kundalini pranayama (breath-work) exercises targeted for your needs and goals.
